Built in 1939, this house is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Willo Historic District. This Spanish Colonial Revival style home was originally constructed as a two-bedroom, one-bath house. The original portion of the house now has central air conditioning, gas heat, kitchen with a gas stove, updated electrical, living room with fireplace, separate dining room with French doors opening to back patio, a and full bathroom with historic-style fixtures. The house retains its historic character, with many original features still in place.
