The House Has Two Baths

A full bath off the main hallway.

77 West Wilshire Dr. has a full bath in the front of the house.  The front bath is accessed from the hallway between the original two bedrooms.  The hallway is to the east of the living and dining rooms, so this is also considered the guest powder room.

The front full bath was renovated with fixtures consistent with the historic character of the house.  It has a vintage-style pedestal  sink, a white tile counter with black accents atop the cabinets, and a  large classic tub and shower.

Like most homes in the Willo Historic District, this one was constructed as a two-bedroom, one-bath dwelling.  The original bedroom at the rear of the house is now best suited as a den.  This is a pass-through room which leads to the master suite addition at the back of the house.

The master bathroom has a door to the backyard spa.

The addition was first built with a small half-bath.  That has since been converted to a modest walk-in closet.  A proper master bath was added to the addition in 2008.  The master bath has a generously sized, adult-height polished stone counter with nickle finished fixtures and plenty of cabinet and drawer space.

There is also quadruple door linen closet (not shown).  Extra storage space is hard to come by in Willo and other historic areas, so this is a true bonus.

The sliding glass door shower in this bathroom has an oversized shower head and four high pressure side jets  It also has shower wand with a water massage head.

Lots of natural light!
The master bath’s luxurious, large shower (a.k.a. the car wash!) also has a built-in seat.

The master bath has a door that exits to the backyard; perfect for access to the secluded hot tub spa.

The newly installed natural gas water heater is located close to this bathroom and quickly supplies hot water to the shower.

The three glass panel door to the bedroom allows natural light to enter the bathroom and provides an open feel to the space.
