Bedrooms

Two Bedrooms, plus a den and bonus room!

The original house was built with two bedrooms and one bath.  The addition to the back of the house has an another bedroom (master), a newer bath with plenty of linen storage, and two large closets.

All four rooms have ceiling fans.  The newer master wing has its own heating and cooling unit, which is controlled separately from the rest of the house for greater energy efficiency.

The front bedroom has two closets, a window facing the front yard and another on the east wall.
The second original bedroom, with its lovely hardwood flooring, now serves best as a den. It opens up the to the addition at the back (south) side of the house.

The vintage homes in the Willo Historic District are notoriously shy on closet space and typically have smaller bathrooms.  When this house was remodeled it was augmented with extra closets, shelving, an a large bathroom.

The den opens to the hallway to master wing. There is a large closet on the right and walk-in closet to the left. The extra closet space is a rare extra for an historic property!
When entering the master, this double-door closet is on the right hand side. It is well lighted and features lots of shelving and space for hanging clothing.
This photo, looking toward the den, shows the second closet, a small walk-in, located in the master bedroom.
The newer bath and bonus room off of the master bedroom are shown above.
The bonus room makes a perfect nursery or office.
The bonus room has plenty of shelf space — Perfect for the home office!
